Student Projects

Each week we build our skills, learning how to make more complex projects. From a hand-sewn bookmark in Week One, students move on to machine sewing, making hair scrunchies and a throw pillow!

As the semester progresses, students tackle wearable projects, including shorts and an apron!

Once we are comfortable with the basics, we move on to intermediate projects that take more than one session. Students learn to make a reversible tote bag and a zippered toiletries case.
